Es importante que no sea una zona donde los ruidos le puedan molestar para realizarle esta entrevista. Lo ideal ser\u00eda un ambiente c\u00f3modo en el que tanto \u00e9l como t\u00fa est\u00e9is sentados para charlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Protocolariza todos los pasos y entrena a tu equipo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de seguir adelante, me freno aqu\u00ed para decirte que es muy importante que estas acciones est\u00e9n protocolizadas. No sirve de nada realizar esta acci\u00f3n con alg\u00fan cliente y otros no, porque seguiremos perdiendo clientes y tampoco sabremos c\u00f3mo optimizar estas acciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n es muy importante que formes a tu equipo de recepci\u00f3n para que lleve estas acciones tambi\u00e9n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Entrevista al cliente, sobre todo, para saber por qu\u00e9 se quiere dar de baja y los objetivos que ten\u00eda cuando se apunt\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la hora de hacer la entrevista es muy importante saber por qu\u00e9 se dio de baja. De esta forma sabremos c\u00f3mo mejorar y c\u00f3mo reconquistar a ese cliente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es muy importante conocer por qu\u00e9 se apunt\u00f3 al gimnasio. Por ejemplo \u201cPerder 5 kgs\u201d. En ese momento le preguntaremos si ha conseguido llegar a su objetivo y le animaremos a continuar ya que el trabajo m\u00e1s duro lo ha logrado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Ofr\u00e9cele diferentes soluciones a la baja dependiendo de las razones que te diga<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es uno de los puntos m\u00e1s importantes. Debes tener diferentes cartas en la manga para darle una soluci\u00f3n seg\u00fan la raz\u00f3n que te ha dicho para darse de baja. Por ejemplo: \u201cVoy a estar fuera durante este mes y no puedo venir\u201d.
