A\u00edsla la queja en tu gimnasio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando llegue el usuario con las quejas a tu gimnasio, procura salir de la recepci\u00f3n y aislarte en una zona donde no haya nadie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta parte es importante porque si hay otra persona cerca que escucha esa reclamaci\u00f3n, puede unirse y ya no ser\u00e1 una sino dos las quejas que tendr\u00e1s que solucionar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y eso ser\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil de controlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FASE 2. Comprender las quejas en tu gimnasio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Escucha a la persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haz el esfuerzo de comprender su situaci\u00f3n y deja que te diga todo lo que tenga que decirte. No pierdas la paciencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A veces ser\u00e1n cosas en las que estar\u00e1s m\u00e1s de acuerdo que otras, pero lo m\u00e1s importante de este punto es que el cliente vea que te preocupas por su situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FASE 3. Objetivar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta fase, es importante tener una hoja a mano en la que tomes anotaciones de todo lo que te diga tu cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 anotamos?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, qu\u00e9 persona ha atendido a este cliente, si ha sido en recepci\u00f3n, por tel\u00e9fono, la descripci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n con sus propias palabras, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera conseguiremos dos cosas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La persona va a medir lo que dice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La persona va a entender que nos estamos tomando en serio sus quejas en tu gimnasio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FASE 4. Da las gracias<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hayamos escuchado todo lo que nos tiene que decir, le damos las gracias por hacernos mejorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pedimos disculpas y pasamos al siguiente punto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FASE 5. Soluci\u00f3n a las quejas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocuparse de las quejas de tu gimnasio es uno de los puntos m\u00e1s importantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tenerlo todo bien documentados, lo que hacemos es tener otra hoja en la que escribimos las posibles soluciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, el cliente ver\u00e1 que no solo es escuchado sino que se van a tomar medidas para dar soluci\u00f3n a su problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FASE 6. Feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, le mostramos al cliente la soluci\u00f3n que se va a adoptar y de qu\u00e9 manera se va a proceder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, concluimos con el protocolo de quejas en tu gimnasio para que cada vez que venga un usuario disconforme con alguna situaci\u00f3n la puedas tener controlada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfTe ha gustado?
